Our annual service contracts cover both commercial and domestic installations, and we currently service over 1000 heat pumps across the UK. All of this is available starting from just £29.99 per month, with a 4-year contract paid monthly. Plus, all parts replaced carry a 4-year warranty against failure, giving you added protection and reassurance. All of this is available for just £9.99 per month, with a yearly contract paid monthly. Please note that there is a £39.99 call-out excess fee. Additionally, all parts replaced carry a 4-year warranty against failure, giving you added protection and peace of mind. Introducing our One-Off Service Visit! If you’re in need of a single, comprehensive service visit for your heat pump and associated equipment, our service visit is the perfect solution. Here’s what’s included:

Annual service of your heat pump and associated equipment to ensure it’s running safely and efficiently

15% service discount on parts required, helping you save on future repair costs

This all-inclusive service visit is available for a one-time payment of £99.00 (excluding any parts required). Plus, all parts replaced during the service carry a 4-year warranty against failure, giving you added peace of mind.

Please note that there are certain exclusions to our One-Off Service Visit. These include:

Removing sludge or scale from the heating system or repairing the damage it causes to the heat pump and associated equipment

Faults caused by someone else you used for repairs, design faults, or accidental damage. We will fix these for you, but you’ll need to pay for the parts and labor as this will not be covered by the warranty insurance

A guaranteed response time to call-outs. If you require emergency breakdown cover, you should source this from a local heating firm or an alternative provider.
